I can accept most forms of payment depending on where you’re located in the world, and how you have placed your order.
For example, if you are coming into the shop you can pay by cash or card. If you order by post, I can accept a bank transfer. I can also accept a cheque but please allow a few days for the cheque to clear before I dispatch your painting.
Where paintings are sent by post, I will send you a photo of your piece to ensure you are happy with it before you pay.
Delivery charges will depend on the destination you choose to have the product delivered to.
Most of our products will be posted via recorded or special delivery which are signed for services. Any delivery times quoted are based on working days.

If, in the unfortunate event, an item gets damaged or is faulty in some way then contact me and let me know – or bring it into the shop. It’s difficult for me to accept returns on commissions as I’m sure you can understand the piece of art/furniture has been created specifically for you.
Please note that if you request a commission and then later decide to cancel, I may have already incurred costs such as paint in specific colours or canvases in a particular size etc.
Therefore in certain cases I may have to charge for these and also any work that has already been completed.
Of course, in all situations I will endeavour to be as reasonable as possible. I do understand that circumstances change. I just need to ask you to be too.
